- Neil was a senior officer in the Royal Marines and led his multi-disciplinary teams of over 700 troops into action in some of the harshest and most challenging environments in the world. The UK Royal Marines are renowned for their world class leadership.
- Neil has spent ten years teaching and developing leadership and leaders in Africa, the Middle East and UK: leaders from dozens of nations, all genders, all ages, all cultures, all seniorities, all religions.
- Neil was selected as the first ever Royal Marines Director of the Royal Naval Division responsible for the leadership and management education of 300 ‘middle managers’ a year at the UK’s Defence Academy.
- A leading international educator, facilitator and consultant in Authentic Leadership. Neil has evolved and augmented the Action Wheel by creating and designing the Leadership Eye in order to enhance learning and authentic leadership development.
- Teaching an all-encompassing authentic leadership approach that oxygenates businesses and organisations with courageous leaders and teams who are engaged, drive high performance and correctly solve problems and critical issues whilst making everyone count. Just like the Royal Marines.
